The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the public areas were well-maintained. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
Room was clean and service was welcoming and friendly. But the buffet breakfast they charged 12 or 13 dollars for was no better than the complimentary breakfast most hotels give you today. The second morning I went to Cora's and had the fresh breakfast special for 11 dollars that was twice as good!
I typically stay here when I'm in Lethbridge for work. The rooms are consistently clean, quiet, and dark. The front desk attendants are friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast isn't the best, but it's so nice to have coffee and a little something without having to go anywhere.

This hotel was an okay place to stay. The room was tidy but a bit dark. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with requests. Breakfast was the standard complimentary 6-10am offering, with a waffle maker, cereal, and yogurt (not pictured).
Rooms are dark and dated. I feel the rooms could use more lighting sources, wall sockets / USB charge ports, and a refresh on the carpet, TV, and mattresses. Staff are very nice from check-in, to breakfast, etc.
Met my expectations for a 3-star Marriott property. No USB charger in the room. WiFi worked well. No restaurant on the property. The breakfast is adequate. Would be nice if Marriott had a better property in Lethbridge.
